They presently offer the opportunity to join their organization in one of three newly created positions. As a Product Manager you will have full responsibility for the P&L and all product underwriting, pricing and development for a specific product line. You will be responsible to build company revenue and meet related profit and expense objectives. You will work with other functional areas - Operations, Actuarial, Marketing, IT and Claims to accomplish your objectives. As a Product Manager you will identify opportunities and/or needs related to product performance; and have the freedom to act to lead the implementation of strategies and actions to assure product profitability, competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Our client seeks a Product Manager to be responsible for their personal lines products to include dwelling, fire and homeowners. They also seek two commercial lines Product Managers to be responsible for their commercial lines products. To be considered you will need to offer around three or more years experience in a product management role. You must have the ability to effectively use various modeling tools. You must offer the technical knowledge required to understand and apply Product pricing and ratemaking concepts. Have technical knowledge required to analyze Product loss ratio, including loss development, IBNR and loss triangles. And have the ability to develop, implement and execute Product business plans to achieve the company's growth, profit and expense objectives.
