In this position you will be responsible to provide leadership for creating and implementing marketing strategies, marketing systems, initiatives, collateral materials, and training programs for non-qualified executive benefits products and services. This will include providing sales support to agents and brokers to increase market share. Specifically this will include; competitor analysis, developing product launch strategies, agent & broker product training and representing producers' views in the product development process. To be considered you will need to offer around six (6) or more years of experience in non-qualified executive benefits marketing and experience working with alliances wirehouses/brokerage offices. Industry coursework CLU, CFP, FLMI or ChFC are strongly desired. This position will be based in Des Moines, IA. It will require some planned travel. Base pay depends on your experience.
