Our client has grown from a small local company to a diverse corporation known for its innovative insurance products and superior customer service. They are strongly rooted in the Southeast, with the specialized experience and geographic focus of a major regional carrier. At the same time, they offer their policyholders and agents the broad-based expertise and technological resources of a national company. They presently offer the opportunity to join their organization as a Customer Service Representative II. In this role you will primarily be responsible to respond to incoming calls, questions, or concerns. This includes handling cancellation requests, processing endorsements, answering coverage questions and providing insurance quotes. To be considered, you need to offer insurance coursework and 4-40 CSR license or a 2-20 Agent license. You must have experience handling heavy volume of inbound and outbound telephone customer service calls and posses good working knowledge of personal lines insurance products. You must also have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment, and have excellent customer service skills, time management, prioritization, communication, and organizational skills. Must have the ability to work as a team player and interact with all levels of management, handle changing priorities, interact well with all levels of company personnel, maintain confidentiality of clients' records, and develop and maintain business relationships with insurance carriers and customers.
