Our client is a highly rated, financially successful, national Property and Casualty Insurance Company. Due to profitable growth we are seeking a professional Workers Compensation Claim Supervisor to join their growing staff in Orlando, Florida. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years handling workers compensation indemnity claims, with a strong knowledge of Florida workers compensation issues. You will have a strong litigation claims background, medical cost containment program experience, and fraud awareness. Candidates must also be experienced in reserve reviews. At least 1 year supervisory experience, or be in a position where you have demonstrated supervisory ability. You will also demonstrate positive mentoring and training skills. Florida candidates preferred, but relocation will be offered for out of state candidates with strong Florida workers compensation claims experience.
