Our Insurance client is a leading provider of Supplemental Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Annuities through out the United States. They are Home based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Due to promotions and profitable growth we are assisting them in locating a Long Term Care Project Manager, to be based at their Corporate office. We are looking for a strategic person. Candidates who can help implement and drive Projects. You will be a hands-on Manager, who enjoys working with people, and actually helping the Projects move to conclusion. You will have a Long Term Care background, preferably in Long Term Claims. Candidates might also have Project experience with a health care claims background and/or a long or short-term disability background. You will be used to Managing multiple Projects, both large and small. You will have strong facilitation skills, and be able to set timelines as well as goals and objectives. With your Long Term Care background you will be able to handle large scale Projects, involving multiple people in a fast paced environment. Your experience will include business analysis techniques, process redesign, and system design, as well as developing, implementing, reporting, and managing, to appropriate metrics and controls for operational areas.
