Our client is a Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Company home based in Indianapolis. Very employee oriented and close to their clients and Agents. Due to profitable growth and expansion, we are seeking a Agency Business Development Specialist. This Field Specialist position will work out of your home and development new Commercial business in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Candidates may reside in either of those 3 states. You will have a minimum of 4 years of a positive progression in Insurance Commercial lines Marketing and Agency Development. You will be creative, professional, high energy, pro active, a mentor, and have strong Leadership and Sales skills. Middle to Large commercial account experience is needed. Candidates will have a strong Marketing background, and enjoy visiting with independent agents, to generate new profitable Commercial business. This opportunity is for the entrepreneur, who enjoys working as part of a team, and desires to make a difference. You will have a multi line Commercial Insurance Marketing, and Agency Development background. Commercial Underwriting experience would also be helpful.
