Our client is a Regional Property and Casualty Commercial Lines Insurance Company home based in Arizona. A rated. Very employee oriented and close to their clients. Due to profitable growth and expansion, we are seeking Commercial Lines Underwriting Specialists, to join the Corporate office, at all experience levels. You will have a minimum of 3 years of a positive progression in commercial lines underwriting. Facultative placement experience is also helpful. You will be creative, professional, high energy, pro active, a mentor, and have strong leadership qualities. Middle to Large account experience, and any Excess and Surplus experience would be helpful. Candidates will have a strong Marketing background, and enjoy visiting with independent agents. You will also assist Junior Underwriters in their progression. This opportunity is for the entrepreneur, who enjoys working as part of a team, and desires to make a difference. You will have a multi line commercial underwriting background. Multi state experience is also helpful, but not required. Excellent compensation package, with incentives.
