Our client is rated A+ by A.M. Best. They are a leader in their niche. They currently offer an opportunity to join their claims department in a Senior Commercial Liability Adjuster position. In this role you will investigate and document facts surrounding accidents involving bodily injury and property damage. The investigation may involve travel to accident sites with limited notice. You will accept claim phone reports of accidents. Determine probable liability status of insured and set preliminary settlement reserves. Establish, review and maintain claims files and assure progress toward settlement. Negotiate loss settlements; update and closes files. To be considered you need to offer around 8 years experience in a commercial liability claims environment. Experience with property claims a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required. Insurance industry coursework such as studies toward the IIA/CPCU preferred. Excellent salary and relocation available.
