Our client is part of one of the most successful corporations worldwide. This division of our client's company is experiencing dramatic growth. They presently are interested in bringing four National Accounts Sales Representatives/ Account Executives on board. In this role you will be responsible for actively pursuing and gaining commitment from large manufacturers and agricultural retail organizations, such as large CO-OPs and large ag input retailers such as seed and chemical application organizations. You will utilize complex consultative selling and negotiating for packages of services with senior leaders of various organizations. Identify diverse financial services needs and solutions and reaching terms of commitment to a transition and conversion of financial solutions through our client. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that delivers performance results in alignment with Company and Division objectives. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships by understanding their unique needs, define solutions, actively manage organizational change to deliver positive experience for customer in the execution of strategic sales plans. Deliver proposals and negotiate terms of engagement with senior leaders (including CEO, VP sales, CFO, Chairman) or boards of large organizations. To be considered you will need to offer knowledge of agri dealers and merchants finance programs and products. You must offer demonstrated successful sales, negotiation and marketing skills. Strongly skilled in interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Have an understanding of credit products or services and policies. Degree in a Business/Management, Agricultural Sciences discipline or equivalent experience. Experience working in the finance industry - 1-3 years. Marketing and customer acquisition/customer support processes experience - 8-10 years. Dealer/distributor development - 4-7 years. Product knowledge must include financial products which would include floor planning and other ag industry related financial services products. An accomplished General Manager from a large CO-OP who understands financials and who has a sales aptitude could be considered. Also experience with selling accounts receivable systems for businesses highly desired. The ideal location would be to based in Des Moines, IA.
