IL Quad Cities Manager of Sales Support
 

Our client was founded over a century ago with an important mission: making financial security and independence a reality for their customer. They offer a wide variety of life insurance products, including: Traditional life insurance, Term life insurance, Universal life insurance. And hold an "Excellent" rating by AM Best. They presently offer an opportunity to join their organization as the Manager of Sales Support. In this role you will be responsible to supervise the sales support team members, field services customer service, licensing and contracting and the internal call center. Specific duties include:

  • Ensures effective customer relations with Independent insurance community

  • Monitor and manage phone quality assurance program for call center and field department

  • Oversee all licensing and contracting procedures and ensure state regulations are followed

  • Assists in the development of appropriate sales and marketing methods
  • Assist in the development, training and marketing curriculum
  • Assist Field Sales in the development, implementation and training of product and marketing plans

    • To be considered you need to offer a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and four to six years inside and outside sales and/or marketing experience. One to three years sales or marketing management experience required. State life and health insurance license required.
