Our client is a rapidly expanding MGA with a strong market presence in commercial transportation. Their success has derived from aggressive marketing strategies and aligning themselves with carriers and agencies entrenched in the commercial auto industry. They seek a motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to service and maintain their accounts. In this position you'll assist the broker staff in servicing existing accounts and new business while insuring a high level of service. Your responsibilities will include marketing renewals, coordinating and communicating with brokers and agents, binding and compiling policies, delegate clerical duties and maintain a positive relationship with agencies and markets. As a successful candidate you will be experienced in a brokerage or agency setting and have significant experience in the rating, quoting and binding of policies. Additionally, you will need prior brokerage experience preferably working with commercial transportation products. Must have a strong marketing and service oriented mindset and be eager to make an immediate impact on the growth and profitability of our client's business.
