They currently offer an opportunity to join their sales team as a
Worksite Sales Executive. There are multiple positions in various
locations of the United States such as the Southeast, Northeast,
Central, Southwest and West, with a focus on larger cities. These
positions are responsible for the following:
Responsible for managing account relationships with existing
worksite and limited benefit medical plan accounts of all sizes.
Performs renewals and add-on sales within established premium rate
guidelines to ensure retention and growth of profitable business.
Coordinates and manages worksite and limited benefit medical plan
enrollments, and has the ability to sell all worksite and limited
benefit medical plan product lines.
Conduct group and/or employee seminars as needed, to meet the
needs of the marketplace.
Responsible for encouraging an increase in retention rates and
profitability for existing business.
Perform detailed fact finding, maintain files, collect data,
coordinate and manage sales information, build and enhance Producer
relationships while promoting worksite/limited benefit medical
plan\voluntary solutions to meet customer needs.
To be considered you will need to offer:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
State License in Life, Accident & Health or obtained within 90
days of hire is required.
Three (3) to five (5) years experience in sales, preferably in the
group insurance industry.
CEBS or AHIP preferred.
