Our client is a prominent property/casualty carrier serving the western United States and is a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. They offer a broad range of business and personal insurance products to small and middle-market customers. As a result of consistent profitability our client wants to expand their marketing presence in the state of Arizona. As a territory manager your primary responsibility will be agency management to increase new business production and account retention. You'll create new agency appointments and set production goals. You'll monitor submission and loss ratios and train agencies on new product lines. Its critical you can immediately create and implement marketing strategies to achieve set goals. To be considered for this position you must offer 5 years of marketing, sales and agency management experience in Arizona. Must be able to work independently as this position is working from home and requires extensive travel. Must hold a bachelor's degree and salary is based on experience.
