Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm that is looking for a qualified Senior Consultant for the Worksite Benefits division. As the acknowledged leader in group benefits consulting, our client is depended on for innovative ideas that will enhance their customers' ability to effectively manage voluntary benefit programs. They are seeking an individual with a thorough, extensive knowledge of the group health and employee benefits market and an awareness of trends influencing the future of health and welfare benefits for large employers. The focus of this division will be to provide support for the sales and client management in the area of life, disability, and long term care. In this role you will lead efforts to aggressively market and expand the voluntary benefits consulting practice, serve as a hands-on project manager, mentor other staff, work with teams that span multiple geographic locations, and maintain marketplace visibility through public speaking engagements and participation in social business functions. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of ten years experience identifying, designing, and implementing innovative business solutions to clients' complex group benefits challenges. Will also need a working knowledge and technical background working with life and disability programs. Professional designations that include RHU, REBC, and CEBS preferred.
