Our client is a growing regional company that has recently created a marketing position for a talented individual. The company offers an A+ A.M. Best rating and is rapidly expanding here in Des Moines. As a marketing consultant you would manage the design and implementation of marketing projects to support life insurance market strategy and position. They are seeking a dynamic individual who has life sales experience as well as a marketing background. You will have interaction both with the home office and the field office to best coordinate efforts to provide the most efficient strategy for promoting the company's life insurance product. To be considered, you will need to offer graduate level studies in the social/behavioral sciences or related field. Research methodology, qualitative techniques, statistics, sampling theory, and insurance industry principles will be vital functions of the role. Related insurance designations such as CPCU, CLU, ChFC, FLMI are a positive. Seven years related professional experience in life insurance marketing or sales, specifically Term Life, Whole Life, Universal Life, and Variable Annuities preferred.
