Our client has been in the local marketplace for over fifteen years providing a complete package of employee benefits, human resources management, and payroll and employment tax administration. They are looking to add to their sales staff here in Des Moines. This person will represent our client in front of business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and other C-level executives to execute a long and complex sales cycle. You will need to have experience in a team building/collaborative selling infrastructure and exhibit 'out of the box' thinking and sales strategies. Prior insurance sales or human resources background a plus. Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or payroll/benefits administration. IA Life/Health license preferred, but not required. Must have 'hunter' mentality and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced sales environment.
