Our client is a leading writer of auto and homeowners insurance. They are a Fortune top 500 company with very strong financials. They presently offer a unique opportunity for a customer savvy strategic thinker who understands the importance of utilizing numbers to increase customer satisfaction and hence increase retention and cross selling opportunities. In this highly visible position of Senior Director of Customer Strategies you will play a key role in furthering the growth of our client's business and strengthening customer relationships over the course of their life cycle. They are seeking a motivated, customer-centric and team-oriented individual to build and manage customer relationships by championing customers through the implementation process and providing on-going support to customers. Additionally, this team member will also assist in building the company's Customer Relationship Program by assisting in the development of all processes and programs that impact customers directly or indirectly. Major Responsibilities: To be considered you must offer around 7-10 years of strategic marketing experience with 3-5 years in direct marketing in a property casualty environment. Project management skills, ability to multi-task and execute multi-faceted campaigns a must along with your ability to make effective and persuasive oral and written presentations. Solid quantitative skills to develop measurement tools to quantify and analyze data against expected business results.
