These newly created positions are available in: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Washington, DC; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Kansas City, MO; San Francisco, CA; and the New York City and upper New Jersey area. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business revenue in the group Worksite/Voluntary Insurance market. This position will work with existing and new producers, our client's joint venture partners, other partners in the promotion of a menu of voluntary products to employer groups. This sales position will work with small and large group customers in the marketplace. You will manage relationships with producers who will generate group prospects, and will manage the entire sales process that will lead to sold cases and generate new business revenue. You will conduct group and/or employee seminars as needed. You will be responsible for encouraging high retention rates and profitability. This position requires a high degree of awareness of competitive trends in the group Worksite/Voluntary Insurance market. To be considered, you must offer a thorough knowledge of the insurance business with experience in Life, Health, and Accident sales and carry the required licenses to be able to sell these products. Experienced in selling worksite/voluntary products is preferred. Documented experience in developing and maintaining relationships with producers. You must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and sales skills. And you must have a good understanding of the market within territory.
