Our client is a national consulting firm with over forty years of experience in benefit and compensation design. They are currently seeking a qualified individual to join their team in a marketing position. You would be responsible for sales, implementation and service of group employee benefits for one of their affinity programs. Duties include coordination and collection of demographic data from the clients, communication with all vendors for the Request For Proposals (RFPs), and management of internal processes and administrative system. Product knowledge includes group medical, life, disability, dental, and some voluntary products. Relationship building skills are integral to this position as you will be working in an assigned territory. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years applicable sales/marketing experience in group employee benefits. Iowa Life/Health license required within first three months of employment.
