Our client is a highly respected, employee oriented commercial property & casualty insurance company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. They are seeking a proven commercial lines sales director who will report to the CEO and have total responsibility over a national sales force. To be considered you must currently be at a Regional or National Manager, Director or Vice President level. Ten plus years of commercial insurance sales experience and at least 2 years in a management capacity are required. Experience in developing business plans and goals and objectives for employees is a must. Travel will be 50% of the time, primarily in the Midwest, but will include other states. A background in dealing with manufacturing and contractor accounts would be helpful. Excellent compensation package including salary, bonus, company car and relocation is offered.
