Our client is a small software company that has developed some very innovative software products that significantly reduce Chiropractic and Physical Therapy costs for main-line health, P&C, and workers' compensation carriers. The products in operation have some impressive results, and have the potential to save large insurers tens of millions of dollars per year. Our client believes that at this stage in their business they need a key addition to their team. They seek someone who may currently be an Executive level Sales Manager, Medical Director, Senior VP Operations, or perhaps a Senior VP IT (or has a proven track record selling software to claims departments). The ideal candidate may be wishing to transition away from a corporate structure to something more entrepreneurial that has significant upside and less rigid time commitments. The key criteria is that the candidate must have the contacts and clout to get them in front of senior decision-maker level personnel at major Carriers / TPAs. Someone from a major managed care insurance carrier could be the ideal fit for this newly created position.
