Our client is a global consulting firm focused on human capital and financial management. They are looking for a technical expert to act as a Project Manager to support their Group and Health Care projects and business development initiatives. The primary responsibility for this position will be to implement a sales strategy aimed at growing office revenues with targeted prospects. You will conduct health care claims analysis, including prescription drug and dental plans, create financial models, and negotiate rates with current health care or other group benefits vendors. Will also manage the entire bidding process for group health and welfare programs. Other responsibilities include calculating cost impact of plan changes, develop illustrative premium rates, perform specific analytical projects, and manipulation and summarization of Excel spreadsheet data files. From an account management and client service standpoint you will be responsible for ensuring clear and precise understanding of the client's ongoing service issues. Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years in group health underwriting, funding, or administration. Bachelors degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting preferred with a Master's degree in a related field a plus.
