Our client is a growing regional company that has an A+ A.M. Best rating. They presently offer an opportunity to join their claims operation as a Claims Litigation Manager. This position will be part of their regional operation located in Des Moines, IA. In this position you will manage a litigation claims unit. This will include the direct supervision of claims representatives, managing expense control, and monitoring loss cost objectives. To be considered you must offer around seven (7) or more years of related claims handling experience. In addition, in-depth knowledge of claims files handling, investigation and settlement processes and procedures. Legal issues/litigation process as it relates to claims.
