Due to their dynamic growth, they offer an opportunity to join their claims management team in Atlanta, GA as a Disability Claims Manager. In this position you will be responsible for setting the direction for your respective disability claims unit, ensuring profitability and influencing the direction of the region. You will lead your region by forecasting, planning and budgeting for future events, organizing the unit's structure, communicating management goals and information. Oversee your team to organize the unit's structure and be responsible for overall results. Develop and maintain close customer ties, articulate customer needs, keep priorities in focus with the desires and expectations of the customer. To be considered you will need to offer around five to seven years previous insurance related experience in STD and LTD disability claims. Previous demonstrated Management experience required.
