Our client is a national, Property and Casualty Commercial Insurance Company. Due to profitable growth we are seeking a highly professional Sr. Casualty Claim Representative to join their Corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana. This office is very employee oriented, and offers significant growth into supervision and management. 5 plus years of handling commercial general liability claims is required. Candidates must have above average negotiation skills, reserving and evaluation experience, fraud awareness, subrogation, and be able to properly evaluate medical evaluations. Candidates will also have litigation management experience, with an understanding of coverage issues, as well as unfair claim practices acts. You will be compensated accordingly based on your prior claims liability experience. Relocation assistance is offered for out of state candidates.
