Our client is a managed care healthcare company that is currently seeking a Director of Health Services Programs for their health plan in Kansas. In this position you will provide leadership and direction in the development, enhancement, and implementation of programs. Other duties will include ensuring that new program development process is intertwined with all functional areas so that both short and long term organizational goals are met; evaluating existing competencies of staff using organizational performance measurements, encouraging innovation and creative thinking in order to serve members better and faster.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Master's degree in a health-related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to navigate among economic, clinical, research, and technology disciplines. Substantive knowledge of managed care policy and direction.
