Our client has been a stable force in the insurance industry for many years and has experienced explosive growth in their Annuity division. They are currently seeking an Assistant Vice President for their New Business, Fixed Annuities department. In this position you will provide leadership by offering efficient, high quality service to their agents and policyholders. Duties include maintaining internal procedures that comply with current state and IRS regulations; coordinating the implementation of all projects relating to fixed annuity new business processing and licensing; supporting senior management on internal projects and initiatives with outside vendors and marketing organizations; and providing management reports for tracking fixed annuity production and service levels for both inbound and outbound calls. Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years of experience working in the insurance or financial services industry, with 3-5 of those years managing at a professional level, providing leadership direction to subordinates.
