Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm in a rapid stage of growth. They are seeking a qualified individual to lead their small commercial lines sales force as a Sales Manager. This is an opportunity to be a part of the foundation for the next generation of a very successful regional insurance brokerage firm. Responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring agents, recruiting and retaining a qualified sales force, and maintaining a book of business that will include a personal production goal. Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years experience working in commercial lines Property/Casualty sales. CPCU, CIC a plus.
