Our client is an international reinsurer. They hold an Excellent rating by AM Best. They offer a unique opportunity to join their underwriting team in their Chicago suburb operation. They seek an underwriting professional from a primary carrier to join their organization and learn the reinsurance business. To be considered, you will need around three to five years experience with a primary carrier underwriting primarily casualty risks. This is more of a technical underwriting role with less relationship marketing. Strong math aptitude with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or similar required. This opportunity provides tremendous career potential for the right person.
