Due to continued growth they offer an opportunity to join their product management team. This position will be based in their Des Moines, IA location. As a Product Analyst you will be responsible to conduct research and provide input toward the development, revision and interpretation of underwriting policies, standards and practices. You will participate in the development and enhancement of homeowners products with emphasis on growth and profitability. To be considered you will need to offer around three or more years personal lines product related experience, not necessarily with homeowners. Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field preferred. With a MBA being ideal. Strong quantitative abilities a must. Insurance industry coursework highly desired. Those with heavier product management experience could be considered for a Product Manager level role.
