Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm looking to expand their employee benefits department. They are seeking a qualified individual to lead a program focusing on Executive Compensation and Wealth Management. Individual will work with clients in estate/business succession planning, qualified retirement planning, exit planning, BOLI/COLI, SERPs, and much more. This person will cross-sell with existing accounts, as well as call on prospective clients to increase revenue for the employee benefits department. Job responsibilities include networking with business owners and senior management, consulting with clients on a high level, and providing business development opportunities. Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of related experience. Series 6, 7, 63, IA life/health preferred.
