Please consider the following highly visible position of 2nd VP of Marketing if you are seeking the next challenge in your career. In this role you will oversee and coordinate the development, execution, integration, and follow-up of the strategic marketing plan for the pension unit. Product portfolio will include Defined Contribution 401K plans, Defined Benefit plans, ESOP, and Non-Qualified products. This person will be charged with developing a strategic vision for increased distribution within existing markets, in addition to reaching out to new markets. You will also be responsible for defining market opportunities as well as targeting key distribution channels. An integral duty will be to champion the relationship strategy to build deeper and broader relationships with the Employer-based segment of their business. Qualified candidates will have around 15 years experience in the pension market with a large, national provider of retirement services. Past experience in a matrix environment is a must. Looking for a strategic thinker that has creative ideas and a strong ability to assess needs. Need to have the ability to execute and then assume responsibility and accountability for results. You must think in a process manner and know how to deepen relationships with the individual segments of the business and understand the demographics of your audience.
