Our client is a mutual life company with a long history. They have a newly created position available for a Licensing & Commissions Specialist. In this role you will set up and implement necessary systems and vendors for the appointment of our client's General Agents and Writing Agents. Set up and implement necessary systems and vendors for agent licensing as needed for the sales of their insurance products. Process all appointment and termination activities for distributors and process licensing as needed for in house agents. Provide ongoing oversight of vendors and systems used in the appointment and licensing functions. Provide procedural guidelines and ensure implementation of proper commission calculations for commissionable insurance products. Provide ongoing oversight of vendors and systems used for providing commission calculations and commission payments. To be considered you will need to offer applicable experience in some or all of these activities. Supervisory experience a plus.
