Our client has been a stable force in the insurance industry for many years and has experienced explosive growth in their Annuity division. They are currently seeking an Outbound Call Consultant to support the creation, implementation, and follow-through of outbound calling campaigns. You will respond to agent requests and provide ongoing marketing support such as case design, product selection, communication policies, interest rates, and production information. Meet and maintain all outbound calling departmental goals and offer suggestions to management on new campaigns. Will also work with the marketing support department and other home office departments to ensure that production goals are met.
