Our client is one of the fastest growing and most successful market leaders in the financial services industry. Through their exclusive carrier relationships they develop, market, and administer innovative annuity products and long-term care insurance that they distribute through a nationwide network of independent financial professionals. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director, Fixed Annuities for their West Coast territory. Through direct and field based sales activities you will achieve fixed annuity premium sales goals by enhancing and strengthening relationships with key wholesalers and producers. Will also participate in the recruiting and intake process for new key wholesaling relationships. Participate in internal strategic planning and implementation processes regarding fixed annuity product development and distribution channel management. Provide direction and input to the marketing field support team resources charged with internally driving sales of fixed annuity products. Participate in and be a visible, proactive participant in wholesaler meetings, symposiums, incentive trips, and other producer or wholesaler-focused events. Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of carrier home office field wholesaling/sales experience. Life/Health licensing required, NASD variable licensing preferred.
