They offer a 'Superior' rating by A.M. Best. Because of their growth, they presently offer an opportunity to join their organization in a Commercial Lines Trainer position. In this role you will design, conduct, and evaluate commercial insurance training programs for employees and agents. You will serve as the lead to various commercial projects, including developing and implementing a learning project for underwriters at all levels of the organization. Your responsibilities will also include special research and projects such as reviewing course and presentation methods to determine if topics should be continued, modified or phased out. To be considered you will need to offer at least 3 years of commercial underwriting experience (prefer 5+ years), excellent interpersonal skills (especially team building), previous training experience, and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
