Our client is a leader in the insurance industry and one of the largest insurance carriers in the world. They offer a 'Superior' rating by A.M. Best. Due to continued growth they offer an opportunity to join their product management team in Sacramento, CA area. As a Product Manager you will recommend the development of additional features/capabilities for products. Review pricing, design features and associated processes such as distribution and claims. Guide the process of analyzing market information. Develop and deliver new product training. To be considered you will need to offer around five or more years applicable experience with personal lines products. Auto experience highly desired. The proven ability to understand and perform actuarial functions with reference to pricing and rating factor selection. Have a marketing and sales orientation and understand the claims process. Understand insurance metrics and your products impact upon those metrics. Understand the macro economic environment and its impact upon your products. Have the ability to make high quality and persuasive presentations to all levels of management. MBA or equivalent training highly desired.
