Our client ranks among the nation's top 100 multi-line insurance groups. They presently offer an opportunity to join their organization as a Senior Trainer/Developmental Instructor. In this role you you will serve as key instructor in commercial underwriting training programs. You will assist in the planning and coordination of training programs. Review current programs and classes and recommend/implement appropriate changes. Develop assigned training programs. Conduct training courses in the commercial lines underwriting department training underwriters and other associates on using the client's new underwriting platform. Develop specific course content for assigned training needs. Work with management to evaluate training needs and the impact of current training programs as they relate to the overall objectives of the training department and the objectives of management. To be considered, you will need to offer around five years experience in classroom instruction, adult education, supervision, and/or management presentations with experience in technical commercial lines underwriting. Prefer some experience in conducting research and/or surveys. Ability to analyze program results and recommend solutions to training needs.
