CA San Francisco Employee Benefits Customer Service Rep
 

Our client is a leading California brokerage firm in business for almost 100 years. They are a fourth generation family business that specializes in a variety of corporate and personal insurance products. They have an opportunity to join their employee benefits division as a customer service representative. You'll have extensive phone service contact with clients relating to group and individual health care, long term disability and life insurance. During renewals you'll gather information from the clients and help prepare submissions and proposal packets. Strong computer skills are needed as our client utilizes the AMS software. Associates degree and California life/health license required. Prior experience with employee benefits preferred. Must be proficient in speaking and writing Spanish.
