Our client is a leading risk and insurance services firm. They presently offer an opportunity to join their dynamic organization as an Account Manager working with their Employee Benefits client management department. In this role you will manage and coordinate the business relationship with brokers & clients and support the internal administration of the employee benefits department. Job Responsibilities will include serving as lead contact with broker/client for client requirements and delivery. Retain client accounts and establish solid client relationships. Manage delivery of services to achieve client satisfaction. Identify important business needs of clients, effectively communicate these needs with operations and business development to deliver a profitable value add operational model to clients. Coordinate, and manage the administrative activity of client accounts; i.e. project management of implementations, client restructuring, enrollments, special projects and oversight of weekly processing of client data needs. To be considered you will need to offer around one to three years experience or more in employee benefits, with relevant background in client management, sales, or corporate benefits administration.
