Our client is a national, A plus rated Property and Casualty Insurance Company. Due to profitable growth we are seeking a highly professional Sr. Casualty Claim Representative to join their Nashville, Tennessee, Regional office. This office is very employee oriented, and offers significant growth into supervision and management. 5 plus years of handling commercial and personal lines general liability and bodily injury claims is required. Candidates must have above average negotiation skills, reserving and evaluation experience, fraud awareness, subrogation, and be able to properly evaluate medical evaluations. Candidates will also have litigation management experience, with an understanding of coverage issues, as well as unfair claim practices acts. You will be compensated accordingly based on your prior claims liability experience. Relocation assistance is offered for out of state candidates.
