Due to a new product rollout, they are now offering a newly created position for a Compliance & Contracts professional. As the Senior Contract & Compliance Associate, you will be responsible to assist with the development of complex annuity contract forms and related documents such as riders, state regulation pages and notice pages. Submit filings of forms, rates and related materials to state insurance departments for approval. Monitor and ensure compliance of contract forms and related documents by reviewing regulations issued by state insurance departments and other government agencies. Develop appropriate variable language and explanations of variables for contract provisions. Review and approve contract forms and related documents such as riders, state regulation pages and notice pages. Assist in the review of annuity advertising for all distribution methods. Monitor the use, development and storage of electronic text for filing purposes and Market Conduct Exams. To be considered you will need to offer a Bachelor's degree and around 3 - 5 or more years annuity compliance experience. Ability to work effectively under pressure, dealing with unusual situations, interruptions and deadlines. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
