Our client is a leader in the world of benefits and payroll administration. They are currently seeking a talented individual to join their team in West Des Moines as a Client Service Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of services and ensuring that they are provided in alignment with their high quality and service standards. Essential duties will include managing daily activities of functional team members to ensure delivery of optimal service, client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Provide continual internal communications to enhance the organization's effectiveness in dealing with critical client issues. Will also work closely with the implementation staff during the implementation phase and with account management staff to ensure service objectives are met. Communicate regularly with the client to evaluate service satisfaction and to interface on day-to-day service delivery questions. Qualified candidates with have 5-8 years of related implementation, project management, account management, or operational experience with benefits, HR, payroll, HRIS and/or system implementation. Need ability to prioritize critical client issues and able to analyze and bring resolution to complex system and processing issues.
