Our client is a national, Property and Casualty Commercial Lines Insurance Company. Due to profitable growth we are seeking a highly professional Assistant Casualty Claim Manager to join their Corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana. This office is very employee oriented, and offers significant growth into Claims Management. 7 plus years of handling commercial general liability claims are required. This position will supervise a small team of Liability Adjusters. You will also have litigation experience in handling Construction Defect Claims. Candidates must have above average negotiation skills, reserving and evaluation experience, fraud awareness, cost containment, subrogation, and be able to properly evaluate medical evaluations. Candidates will also have litigation management experience, with an understanding of coverage issues, as well as unfair claim practices acts. You will be compensated accordingly based on your prior Claims liability and Management experience. Relocation assistance is offered for out of state candidates.
