Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm in a rapid stage of growth. They are seeking a qualified individual to lead the charge in the capacity of an Account Administrator in Dubuque, IA. This is an opportunity to be a part of the foundation for the next generation of a very successful regional insurance brokerage firm and its fastest growing division. Individual will provide high quality service to clients, including prompt response to questions. Develop commercial lines P&C insurance program recommendations for prospects and clients by analyzing data, and creating and implementing service plans on designated accounts. This person will collect renewal information from clients and facilitate clients meetings for claims review and renewal meetings with the assistance of the producer. Will also develop relationships with underwriters and negotiate premiums, terms, and conditions on behalf of the client. Qualified candidates will have 3-4 years of commercial lines account management experience. Additional professional designations such as AAI, CIC, and CPCU preferred.
