In this Commercial Lines Underwriter position you will be responsible for writing a profitable, quality book of business dealing with their niche policies and coverages. This includes selecting, pricing and monitoring risks while maintaining quality business relationships. You will review applications on new and renewal business, coordinate and discuss with safety for review of risks and actuarial department for experience/rates. To be considered you will need to offer around six (6) to eight (8) years of successful commercial lines underwriting experience. Experience with underwriting trucking risks a plus.
