In this position you will manage an life insurance administrative service team of around 28 New Business Associates. To be considered you will need to offer around 6-8 years experience as a leader with proven knowledge of financial services and customer service operations. Understanding of individual insurance operations and services, customer service transactions, customer service techniques, project management, and support systems. Must possess leadership skills and an aptitude for the coaching and development of others. Strong human relations, organizational and oral/written communication skills needed.
