Our client is a leading international insurance and financial services organization. They presently offer an opportunity to join their organization as a Chief Compliance Officer. In this position you will work with the Senior Attorney to install, educate, train and monitor the compliance programs to support business initiatives. Implement guidelines for company compliance and Compliance Policies Manual. Coordinate with other departments to assure company compliance. Conduct compliance related training for company staff. Monitoring/Audit of Compliance policies and procedures implementation. Monitor legislative and regulatory activity for issues impacting company operations and make recommendations as to course of action. Development of Corporate Compliance procedures, guidelines and policies. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant issues, laws and regulations. To be considered you will need to offer around five (5) or more years experience in Insurance/Banking, or financial sector Compliance and/or Legal. International/Multinational company experience required. International Compliance experience preferred. Fluency in Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese or a Slovak language helpful.
