As an Underwriting Supervisor for this unit, you will assign and direct the work flow of team members; maintain quality and quantity standards; coach and coordinate the development of the staff; assist in preparation of budgets and support revenue and budget goals; monitor processes and procedures for efficiency and implement changes; responsible for staffing issues, turnover, hiring of employees. To be considered you will need to offer experience in one of the following areas; BOP/WC/Auto, D&O, and/or Professional Liability underwriting. You must offer prior successful supervisory experience.
