Our client has been a stable force in the insurance industry for many years and has experienced explosive growth in their Annuity division. They are seeking a qualified individual to help their Marketing and Communication efforts for their fixed and variable annuity products. This individual will manage the daily activities, functions, and workflow of the Marketing and Communications department. Will need skilled management ability to accomplish projects, deadlines, and objectives through positive team delegation. Also interpersonal skills to allow for collaborative work effort and accomplishment of organizational priorities in a team environment. You will assign tasks and ensure workflow and completion of marketing and promotion projects including all promotions, marketing brochures, interest rate changes, websites, promotion campaigns, seminar invitations, and agent conventions. The Marketing Manager will ensure all marketing materials and promotions are accurate by providing quality checks, as well as being responsible for the accuracy of all materials produces in the department. Will communicate with external resources including print shops and supply vendors, as well as internal departments such as Compliance, New Business, and Customer Service. Bachelor's degree required. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of insurance marketing and communications management. Experience working with graphic and production artists preferred.
